Alarm Monitoring Services Agreement

The call list consists of contact information for anyone who wants to be notified in the event of an alert and/or emergency. Those on this list are entitled to request or cancel the shipment. However, you are not allowed to change your account. In the event of an alert, the Observatory calls the call list in the order of making TRi-D-FX available until a contact is reached or the full list is accessed without success. Once a contact is reached, the rest of the list will not be contacted unless you have requested something else. 6. FALSE ALERTS AND ABUSE OF SERVICE. You agree that you and others who will use the device will use it carefully to avoid false alarms. False alarms can be caused by forces beyond our control. If we receive too many false alarms, it is an offence on your part and we can report this agreement and the monitoring service. If a government authority or other person charges us a fine or fine for false alarms or a response fee, you will pay these fees.

The subscriber also recognizes and agrees that the monitoring service may be blocked from time to time due to excessive false alarms, inappropriate signals and “problematic accounts”. A passcode can also be used to mute alarms via two communication channels. The passcode can be used to obtain information specific to the alert activity. However, a passport code cannot be used to obtain general account information or to change your account. Contacts can be provided at different levels of access. The passcode must be 1 to 50 characters. It can be composed of letters, numbers or both. You should keep the passcode confidential, given the controlled access command. Access may be granted to certain contacts, the permissions are: 9. FORCE ENTRY and INACTIVITY ALARMS.

You agree and acknowledge that if an alarm is received by the Centre and an answering machine is sent to the location of the device, if the answering machine needs a key, code or other means to access such a location that is not available for that answering machine, it may enter or trigger forcefully at that location if the answering machine finds that it is necessary at its discretion. You understand that this can result in damage or injury to you or to a third party or property that belongs to you or a third party. YOU CLICK ON ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE U.S. OR ANY ANSWERING MACHINE THAT IS THE RESULT OF THE BREAK-IN OR FORCED ENTRY SEARCH, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND US, THE CENTER, THE RESPONDER AND ANY OF OUR OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED BY US OR THEM IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH FORCED ENTRY YOU RECOGNIZE THAT THIS COMMISSION WILL CHARGE YOU SIGNIFICANT NSEN IN THE EVENT THAT THE COMPANY, THE CENTER, THE ANSWERING MACHINE AND/OR ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES IS REQUIRED TO PAY, OR PAY ONE IN THREE FOR THE SEARCH FOR THE PERSON OR PERSON. If you are not late under your agreement, you will attempt to contact yourself or someone on the call list after receiving an alert at the Observatory, TRi-D-FX and the monitoring centre. If the watchdog tries to contact you or someone on your call list but is unable to do so, or if the monitoring service is not satisfied with the nature of the response received during such contact, the monitoring service will do everything in its power to transmit the alarm immediately by telephone or other means of communication to one of the police, fire, other authorities or a private alert response company.
